Financial Narrative Generator ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our") is a product of Moonbow AI. The Service allows financial professionals to upload CSV exports from accounting software and generate AI-written financial narratives for client reporting purposes.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into these Terms to use the Service. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@moonbowai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We offer a 14-day free trial with access to all features up to plan limits. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription.
Starter Plan: $49/month — 100 narrative reports per month, single user.
Team Plan: $199/month — Unlimited reports, up to 10 team members.
Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The narratives generated by the Service are produced by AI and are intended as a starting point for professional communication — not as final financial advice or certified reporting. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before distributing it to clients or third parties.
Financial Narrative Generator is not a licensed financial advisor, CPA, or legal professional. Nothing generated by the Service constitutes professional financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not use your uploaded financial data to train AI models. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
You retain full ownership of any data you upload to the Service. AI-generated narrative content produced using your data is owned by you, subject to these Terms.
Moonbow AI retains all rights to the Service itself, including its software, design, branding, and underlying models. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonbow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content in client communications.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes are effective constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by going to Billing in the dashboard or emailing us at support@moonbowai.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
